Martigues Sport Cyclisme, a Provençal club with a long history in French cycling, won the DN2 French Cup in 2010.
NIPPO is particularly keen to promote young Japanese talents and helps them reach the top level. In 2024 we are launching an innovative development project in conjunction with NIPPO, EF and Martigues Sport Cyclisme. The Japanese-French project will run under the name
NIPPO-EF-MARTIGUES
NIPPO-EF-Martigues is composed of 18 riders from the south of France, Japan and other countries. The team is aimed primarily at U23 riders. We have a strong programme of national and international races from February to November.
The Martigues area, the Bouches-du-Rhône department and the Region Sud, ideal places for cycling with varied fields between sea and mountains, is the setting for the day-to-day development of our champions of tomorrow!
Julien El Fares His final team in 2021 was the EF Education-NIPPO, the Manosquin rider has enjoyed a career with remarkable longevity, always driven by his warrior’s faith.
Winner of the GC of the Tour des Régions Wallonnes, a stage win in Tirreno Adriatico and a stage in the Tour Méditerranéen, he was also a charismatic and efficient road-captain
